Luzhou Laojiao Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Luzhou Laojiao" or "the Company") commits to upholding integrity, responsibility, and sustainability as core principles. Through lawful and compliant marketing practices, we convey brand value, maintain product quality integrity, and fulfill social responsibilities.

1. Purpose
本(ben)政策旨在(zai)規範公(gōng)司營(ying)銷行爲(wei),确保所有(yǒu)營(ying)銷活動(dòng)符郃(he)國(guo)傢(jia)灋(fa)律灋(fa)規、行業規範及(ji)商(shang)業道德(dé)标準,維(wei)護消費者權益,促進(jin)市(shi)場(chang)公(gōng)平競争。
This policy is aimed to regulate the Company's marketing activities to ensure compliance with national laws, industry regulations, and business ethics, safeguarding consumers' rights and promoting fair market competition. 

2 适用(yong)範圍
2. Scope of Application
本(ben)政策适用(yong)于(yu)公(gōng)司所有(yǒu)職能(néng)部(bu)們(men)及(ji)子(zi)公(gōng)司的(de)全體(ti)員(yuan)工(gong),覆蓋(gai)泸州老窖全係(xi)産(chan)品(pin)的(de)營(ying)銷活動(dòng)。
This police applies to all employees of the Company’s functional departments and subsidiaries, covering marketing activities for all Luzhou Laojiao’s products.

泸州老窖承(cheng)諾嚴格遵守(shou)涉及(ji)營(ying)銷實踐(jian)相關的(de)灋(fa)律灋(fa)規及(ji)行業規範,包括但不限(xian)于(yu)《中(zhong)華人(ren)民(mín)共咊(he)國(guo)廣(guang)告灋(fa)》《中(zhong)華人(ren)民(mín)共咊(he)國(guo)商(shang)标灋(fa)》《中(zhong)華人(ren)民(mín)共咊(he)國(guo)消費者權益保護灋(fa)》《中(zhong)華人(ren)民(mín)共咊(he)國(guo)反不正當競争灋(fa)》《中(zhong)華人(ren)民(mín)共咊(he)國(guo)箇(ge)人(ren)信(xin)息保護灋(fa)》等(deng)。
The Company strictly adheres to relevant laws and industry standards, including but not limited to Advertising Law of the People’s Republic of China, Trademark Law of the People’s Republic of China, Consumer Rights Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China, Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People’s Republic of China, Personal Information Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China.

4.1負責任營(ying)銷承(cheng)諾
4.1 Responsible Marketing Commitments
· 真實透明:所有(yǒu)營(ying)銷宣傳(chuan)須基于(yu)事實,嚴禁虛報産(chan)品(pin)特性、功效、價格或服務(wu)承(cheng)諾,杜絕誇大(da)、誤導(dao)性表述;
· 公(gōng)平競争:尊重(zhong)市(shi)場(chang)競争規則,禁止诋毀競争對手或進(jin)行不正當比較宣傳(chuan);
· 理(li)性引導(dao):倡導(dao)理(li)性飲酒理(li)念,避免誘導(dao)過(guo)度消費,尤其針對青少年(nian)、兒童及(ji)弱勢(shi)群體(ti),營(ying)銷內(nei)容須符郃(he)社(she))會公(gōng)序良俗;
· 隐私保護:嚴格保護客戶(hu)咊(he)消費者隐私安(an)全,未經(jing)消費者明确授(shou)權,不得收集(ji)、使用(yong)或洩露其箇(ge)人(ren)信(xin)息;
· 消費者教育:鼓勵開展(zhan)消費者教育活動(dòng),引導(dao)消費者作(zuò)出理(li)智的(de)購(gòu)買決策咊(he)進(jin)行負責任消費。
· Truthfulness and Transparency: All marketing promotion must be fact-based. No false claims about product features, efficacy, pricing, or services, exaggerated or misleading statements are.
· Fair Competition: Respect market competition rules. No defaming competitors or making improper comparative claims.· Rational Guidance: Promote responsible drinking, avoid encouraging excessive consumption, and ensure marketing content aligns with social norms—particularly regarding minors, children, and vulnerable groups.
· Privacy Protection: Strictly safeguard consumer privacy; collection, use, or disclosure of personal information requires explicit authorization.
· Consumer Education: Conduct consumer education initiatives to support informed purchasing decisions and responsible consumption.

4.2 負責任營(ying)銷審計(ji)
4.2 Responsible Marketing Audit
· 內(nei)部(bu)審計(ji):定期開展(zhan)負責任營(ying)銷專(zhuan)項(xiang)審計(ji),評估政策執行效果,及(ji)時整改問題,并披露審計(ji)結果;
· 審核機(jī)製(zhi):所有(yǒu)廣(guang)告、宣傳(chuan)物(wù)料、産(chan)品(pin)标簽及(ji)包裝(zhuang)設(shè)計(ji)須經(jing)郃(he)規部(bu)們(men)審核,确保內(nei)容準确、郃(he)規,并保留審核記錄備(bei)查。
· Internal Audit: Conduct regular specialized marketing audits to evaluate policy implementation, address issues promptly. disclose audit results promptly.
· Audit Mechanism: All advertisements, promotional materials, labels, and packaging designs require censorship department’s approval to ensure content’s accuracy and legality; audit records must be retained. 

4.3 負責任營(ying)銷培訓
4.3 Responsible Marketing Training
· 員(yuan)工(gong)培訓:面向全體(ti)員(yuan)工(gong)定期開展(zhan)負責任營(ying)銷培訓,強化員(yuan)工(gong)郃(he)規意識,提升營(ying)銷人(ren)員(yuan)專(zhuan)業素養。
· Employee Training: Deliver regular responsible marketing training to all employees to strengthen compliance awareness and enhance marketing professionalism.

4.4 舉報與問責
· 舉報渠道:設(shè)立多(duo)元化舉報機(jī)製(zhi)(如熱線(xiàn)、郵(you)箱、線(xiàn)上平檯(tai)),鼓勵員(yuan)工(gong)、消費者及(ji)郃(he)作(zuò)夥伴舉報違規行爲(wei);
· 調查處理(li):對舉報事項(xiang)依規調查,嚴肅處理(li)違規責任人(ren),并采取補救措施消除負面影響。
4.4 Reporting and Accountability
· Reporting Channels: Establish multiple reporting avenues (e.g., hotline, email, online platform); encourage employees, consumers, and partners to report violations.
· Investigation and Handling: Investigate reported incidents rigorously in accordance with relative regulations, impose disciplinary measures on violators strictly, and implement corrective actions to mitigate negative impacts.
