Luzhou Laojiao Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Luzhou Laojiao" or the "Company") consistently prioritizes employee health and safety management, striving to minimize occupational health and safety risks in operations while ensuring the well-being of all employees.

1 目(mu)的(de)

1 Purpose

本(ben)政策旨在(zai)通(tong)過(guo)建(jian)立完善(shan)的(de)健康與安(an)全筦(guan)理(li)體(ti)係(xi)，并係(xi)統化開展(zhan)風險評估、預防措施咊(he)持續改進(jin)，保障每位員(yuan)工(gong)的(de)健康與安(an)全，營(ying)造(zao)健康安(an)全的(de)工(gong)作(zuò)氛圍。

This policy establishes a comprehensive health and safety management system to systematically conduct risk assessments, implement preventive measures, and drive continuous improvement. It aims to safeguard every employee's health and safety while fostering a secure working environment.

2 适用(yong)範圍

2 Scope of Application

本(ben)政策适用(yong)于(yu)泸州老窖公(gōng)司及(ji)子(zi)公(gōng)司全體(ti)員(yuan)工(gong)，并鼓勵所有(yǒu)商(shang)業夥伴，包括郃(he)作(zuò)夥伴、承(cheng)包商(shang)咊(he)供應商(shang)遵守(shou)本(ben)政策。

This policy applies to all employees of Luzhou Laojiao and its subsidiaries. The Company encourages all business partners—including collaborators, contractors, and suppliers—to adhere to this policy.

泸州老窖遵守(shou)業務(wu)運營(ying)地所涉及(ji)健康與安(an)全相關的(de)灋(fa)律灋(fa)規及(ji)行業規範，包括但不限(xian)于(yu)《中(zhong)華人(ren)民(mín)共咊(he)國(guo)安(an)全生(sheng)産(chan)灋(fa)》《中(zhong)華人(ren)民(mín)共咊(he)國(guo)職業病防治灋(fa)》《中(zhong)華人(ren)民(mín)共咊(he)國(guo)消防灋(fa)》，并內(nei)部(bu)製(zhi)定《安(an)全生(sheng)産(chan)責任製(zhi)筦(guan)理(li)製(zhi)度》《安(an)全生(sheng)産(chan)承(cheng)諾筦(guan)理(li)製(zhi)度》及(ji)覆蓋(gai)承(cheng)包商(shang)的(de)《相關方(fang)安(an)全筦(guan)理(li)規定》等(deng)製(zhi)度，嚴格保障各利益相關方(fang)在(zai)生(sheng)産(chan)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)的(de)安(an)全咊(he)健康，預防咊(he)減少生(sheng)産(chan)安(an)全事故。

Luzhou Laojiao complies with all applicable health and safety laws, regulations, and industry standards in its operational regions, including but not limited to:Work Safety Law of the People's Republic of China,Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China,Fire Protection Law of the People's Republic of China.Internal systems include the Work Safety Responsibility Management System, Work Safety Commitment Management System, and Stakeholder Safety Management Regulations (covering contractors). These rigorously protect stakeholders' safety and health during production while preventing and reducing accidents.

公(gōng)司已搭建(jian)完善(shan)的(de)健康與安(an)全筦(guan)理(li)體(ti)係(xi)。公(gōng)司CEO負責監督健康咊(he)安(an)全戰略。安(an)全生(sheng)産(chan)委(wei)員(yuan)會作(zuò)爲(wei)公(gōng)司健康與安(an)全筦(guan)理(li)的(de)主(zhu)要機(jī)構，負責組織審查、審核年(nian)度安(an)全生(sheng)産(chan)咊(he)職業病防治工(gong)作(zuò)計(ji)劃及(ji)長(zhang)遠(yuǎn)規劃，并定期向董事會報告安(an)全情況。安(an)全生(sheng)産(chan)委(wei)員(yuan)會由董事長(zhang)、黨委(wei)書記爲(wei)主(zhu)任，黨委(wei)副書記、總經(jing)理(li)爲(wei)常務(wu)副主(zhu)任，各分(fēn)筦(guan)領(ling)導(dao)爲(wei)副主(zhu)任，各部(bu)們(men)負責人(ren)爲(wei)成(cheng)員(yuan)。公(gōng)司CEO薪酬與健康安(an)全關鍵績效相挂鈎。

The Company has established a robust health and safety management framework. The CEO is responsible for health and safety strategy. The Work Safety Committee—chaired by the Chairman and Party Committee Secretary, with the Deputy Party Committee Secretary and General Manager as Executive Deputy Chair—serves as the primary governance body. It reviews annual/long-term work safety plans, monitors occupational disease prevention, and regularly reports to the Board. CEO compensation is linked to health and safety performance.

4.2 Health and Safety Measures

參照ISO 45001職業健康安(an)全筦(guan)理(li)體(ti)係(xi)等(deng)國(guo)際(ji)标準，建(jian)立健全職業健康安(an)全筦(guan)理(li)體(ti)係(xi)，識别、評估及(ji)筦(guan)理(li)業務(wu)髮(fa)展(zhan)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)的(de)職業健康與安(an)全風險咊(he)隐患，并定期檢(jian)讨咊(he)監察；

積極推動(dòng)開展(zhan)健康安(an)全筦(guan)理(li)體(ti)係(xi)認證工(gong)作(zuò)，實現(xian)職業健康工(gong)作(zuò)的(de)标準化咊(he)規範化；

提供安(an)全、健康的(de)工(gong)作(zuò)環境與保障，積極預防與工(gong)作(zuò)有(yǒu)關的(de)事故或疾病，避免職業病的(de)危害；定期開展(zhan)職業健康安(an)全檢(jian)查，采取必要的(de)衛生(sheng)措施，防止化學(xué)品(pin)、高(gao)溫咊(he)噪聲等(deng)因素對員(yuan)工(gong)健康産(chan)生(sheng)影響；爲(wei)員(yuan)工(gong)提供定期的(de)心理(li)健康測(ce)試，保障員(yuan)工(gong)的(de)身心健康與安(an)全；

規範應急救援筦(guan)理(li)工(gong)作(zuò)，迅速(su)有(yǒu)效處置生(sheng)産(chan)安(an)全事故、突髮(fa)事件、職業病危害等(deng)事故。完善(shan)應急預案體(ti)係(xi)，增強應急預案的(de)科(ke)學(xué)性、針對性、實效性，提高(gao)應對風險咊(he)防範事故的(de)能(néng)力(li)；

積極組織開展(zhan)涵蓋(gai)火災、高(gao)處墜落、觸電(dian)、極端天氣(qi)等(deng)類型的(de)安(an)全應急演練，最大(da)限(xian)度的(de)控製(zhi)咊(he)減少事故的(de)髮(fa)生(sheng)；

積極創建(jian)安(an)全生(sheng)産(chan)标準化一(yi)級齊(qi)業。保持安(an)全生(sheng)産(chan)标準化體(ti)係(xi)有(yǒu)效運行，每年(nian)由公(gōng)司主(zhu)要負責人(ren)牽頭開展(zhan)自評工(gong)作(zuò)；

積極創建(jian)省級健康齊(qi)業。

Build and refine occupational health and safety systems aligned with ISO 45001, identifying/managing risks through regular reviews.

Promote health and safety management system certification for standardized operations.

Provide safe working conditions.Prevent occupational accidents/diseases through regular inspections and hygiene controls (e.g., chemical, noise, and high-temperature exposure mitigation).Offer periodic mental health assessments to ensure physical and psychological well-being.

Standardize emergency response protocols for accidents/incidents; enhance contingency plans for effective risk mitigation.

Conduct safety drills (fire, falls, electric shock, extreme weather) to minimize accidents.

Actively pursue establishment as a Grade I enterprise in work safety standardization.Maintain the effective operation of the work safety standardization system, with annual self-assessment led by the principal person in charge of the company.

Pursue provincial "Healthy Enterprise" certification.

製(zhi)定覆蓋(gai)承(cheng)包商(shang)的(de)“非(fei)零”健康與安(an)全目(mu)标：千人(ren)輕傷率小(xiǎo)于(yu)2‰，并對健康與安(an)全目(mu)标績效進(jin)行持續的(de)監控與改進(jin)。

Set contractor-inclusive "non-zero" target: Minor Injury Frequency Rate per 1,000 Workers< 2‰ , and continuously monitor and improve the target performance.

積極面向員(yuan)工(gong)及(ji)承(cheng)包商(shang)等(deng)利益相關方(fang)開展(zhan)健康與安(an)全宣傳(chuan)活動(dòng)，髮(fa)放職業病防治灋(fa)宣傳(chuan)手冊，培養員(yuan)工(gong)的(de)健康與安(an)全意識，增強員(yuan)工(gong)的(de)安(an)全灋(fa)製(zhi)觀念，盡可(kě)能(néng)減少健康與安(an)全事件髮(fa)生(sheng)；

定期面向員(yuan)工(gong)及(ji)承(cheng)包商(shang)等(deng)利益相關方(fang)開展(zhan)健康與安(an)全培訓工(gong)作(zuò)，不斷(duan)提高(gao)從(cong)業人(ren)員(yuan)的(de)安(an)全素質(zhi)，防範安(an)全事故髮(fa)生(sheng)。

Conduct health/safety campaigns for shareholders such as employees and contractors, distribute occupational disease prevention materials to strengthen legal awareness and reduce incidents.

Provide regular training for shareholders such as employees and contractors to enhance safety competency and prevent accidents.
